Eneroxa Inc. together with the National Aerospace University and the Federal State Unitary Enterprise “Institute of Fossil Fuels” (Scientific and Technical Centre for complex processing of solid fuels), with the use of advanced design solutions in the missile industry, have developed a new type of advanced technology to separate oil from the sand, withdraw all hazardous waste from the water and separate all ingredients. 

We are prepared to set up our plants at the Orinoco tar sands for extraction and clean up with a total green energy technology already in operation. This would be a joint venture between our company and the Venezuelan government.  N-Solv process requires less energy because it uses a natural solvent and not to release oil vapor. The solvent, e.g. propane, is heated to a low temperature (about 50 °C) and injected into the oil sands.

Extremely important is the fact that the cleavage surface long after the passage of the crack contains active centers, where the most favorable conditions for the subsequent interaction of solid surfaces with molecules of gas, liquid or solid, and there is a correlation between the concentration of these centers and the reactivity of mechanically treated solid. The significance of this is obvious because the change is great potential reactivity of these objects by changing the conditions of their pre-machining.

How Does it Work

The grinder is selected in such a way that produces 30 tons per hour of finished product with a particle size of 0.5 mm. Works on any initial moisture content of sand.
